It's the start of a New Year at All Energy Solar, and as we're planning for the future, we're taking a look at how we did in last year. At the beginning of 2022, we were proud to announce the major milestones of our 6,000th solar installation and our 200th employee, and we're excited to see how the final numbers will roll out this time around.
As our company grows, we want to keep the family-owned, family-friendly culture envisioned by our founders. We're proud of the exceptional team that we've built and continue today with the introductions to some of our teammates. Don’t get attached to your work. Make sure to ask questions and always double check. |

What is something people don’t know about you? |
Ben - Can speak Swedish and is working on a reptile collection. John - 2nd and 3rd toes are webbed. Jack - Volunteers at a cat shelter called Feline Rescue every week and also brews his own Kombucha. Dennis - Can tie a bow tie and took a toy design class in college. |

Kerry - Performed as a backup dancer to Liza Minnelli at the closing ceremonies of the centennial celebration of the Statue of Liberty in New York in 1986. Matt - The “greatest” ping pong player in the world and maybe even the galaxy. Deb - Been married for 42 years and taken sailing lessons. Zamzam - Has a twin brother. |

Jill - Be a team player Molly - You'll never stop learning; be ready for it. Gillian - Keep applying! Lucy - Write everything down (or task it out)! Annalise - Be ready to learn ! Andrew - Best advice for someone who wants to work for us- Come prepared to actually enjoy your coworkers! Carlo - Be water; go with the flow. Be confident in yourself, ask questions, do the right things when no one is around to see. Camille - must be a snack connoisseur Enny - We have beer carts on friday!!! Jill - I am in the UWRF & WIAC Hall of Fame for Track & Field Molly - I traveled around Europe for 3 months with no real itinerary. I have many fun stories from that time. Gillian - I fell in a shark tank at the Minnesota Zoo. Lucy - I used to play First Chair violin. Annalise - I met Mark Ruffalo and Van Jones in the same weekend Andrew - Something people don't know about me- I am an experienced raptor handler (eagles, owls, hawks, etc). Carlo - I love martial arts, fitness, and physical activity! Camille - I love making digital art on my iPad! Enny - I am double jointed and left handed Laura - I am a certified EMT Nick - I was a Co-driver for a National Rally racing team in 2013 Paris - I've lived in 7 states and British Columbia Anton - It's a secret. |
