Meet the Crew at All Energy Solar

Earlier this year, All Energy Solar announced some major growth milestones, with our 6,000th solar installation and our 200th employee. As our company grows, we’re putting in an effort to keep that family-owned, family-friendly culture. With that in mind, we’ve been collecting introductions to some of our teammates, starting with our crews in Minnesota.

We’re proud of the exceptional team that we’ve built, and we wanted to introduce you to some of the great people working at All Energy Solar. Here are some of those we met in August. Look out for more Meet the Crew editions to come in the future.

What do you love the most in your work?	Seeing the progress of a project to completion.
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar?	The people and the company.
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?	Show up, work hard, don’t be afraid, and “Keep diggin’!”
What is something people don’t know about you?	Trent was a state swimmer at one time and Owen surfs!
Who’s most likely to get married in Vegas?	Trent!

Describe your job in 3 words	Exciting, intriguing, and SWEATY.
What do you love the most in your work?	“Saving the planet.” The job is rewarding and fulfilling and you also get to be active.
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar?	It’s fun and you get to work with friends. Everyone at All Energy Solar is responsive.
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?	Get through the learning process, be safe, and pay attention.
What is something people don’t know about you?	Thaber has traveled to New Zealand. Matt spent over 200 days in the boundary waters. Ben currently owns/co-owns 3 businesses.
Who’s most likely not to survive in a scary movie?	Randy

Describe your job in 3 words.	Dirty, Satisfying, Challenging .
What do you love the most in your work?	Building something from start to finish and getting the opportunities to problem solve.
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar?	Getting to be outside and having the days fly by when working.
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?	Work hard, show up and take time to get over the 1st month period and the learning curve.
What is something people don’t know about you?	Graham can play ANY song on a recorder! Carlos can speak 3 languages (English, Spanish and French) and plays the accordion!
