It's the start of a New Year at All Energy Solar, and as we're planning for the future, we're taking a look at how we did in last year. At the beginning of last year, we were proud to announce the major milestones of our 6,000th solar installation and our 200th employee, and we're excited to see how the final numbers will roll out for 2022.
As our company grows, we want to keep the family-owned, family-friendly culture envisioned by our founders. We're proud of the exceptional team that we've built and continue today with the introductions to some of our teammates. Michael - Used to compete in an offshore canoe race off the coast of California! Brenda - Has skydived 3 times and she highly recommends it! |

Michael - His 2 year olds vocabulary.

We both collected all 50 state quarters. We even had a board that had a spot for each state quarter. |

Information Technology (IT) Department
Meet our IT team - JOHN! This is a new position and department for us in 2022, and we are SO happy to have our own internal IT expert. John describes his job in these three words - "help answer questions" (so true!). He enjoys figuring things out, the people at AES, and working in such a fun environment. Riley - Once had to climb out of an elevator shaft. Panhia - Was born in Thailand but does not speak thai. Jessica - Lost her sense of smell at the age of 5 and has traveled to Australia. |

What’s your biggest guilty pleasure? |
Riley - Like to watch a bunch of anime. Current favorite is Chainsaw Man. Panhia - Eating chocolate at night time. Loves dark chocolate! Jessica - Likes to play Edge of The Empire. |
