Xcel has delayed the application cycle for SolarRewards for 2013! That's great news if you haven't yet looked into solar for this year. Xcel said they will begin to accept applications in February or March of this year.

Xcel has extended their SolarRewards program in Minnesota as a result of a ruling by the MN Department of Commerce, requiring that the program must continue to be funded at $5 million per year through 2015.
